Oh, my land. Moments ago we returned from 'The 'Nofre'. It is a swamp, unnavigational, knee deep in mud. Now, what harm will a toll road to to the beaches at Trestle's and San Onofre? There's a Vblog comparing the 'sky is falling' 241 to Turkey Lurkey, Chicken Little, Goosey Loosie, and that bunch.

OMG, the 241 is not going close to your sacred surf
spots. Why is everyone on SANODAZE pushing the panic button? Murphy, there are 3buttons, yellow, green, and red. Which is the panic one? Don't ask Puttz.

Nobody said anything about the 241 causing the surf break to close. It won't, but it will change the break, at least at Trestles.

this goes beyond the breaks. The road does little to help alleviate traffic. In fact, the reason for the non=compete clause. If the five is widened, there is no need for this road. The tca is literally banking on the congestion of the five and the strangle hold the noncompete puts on the people's money, tax money. Without congestion on the five, the toll road doesn't work, doesn't make money. That in addition to another dozen of things make this project a loss brfore it even gets started. Oh yeh, by the way, the thing was already supposed to be built, so don't give me, 'their gonna do what they want anyway' crap. Hear me now, the road will never be built, no how, no way, not ever. I'm outta here...

Guys over 40 who still try to surf look silly, no matter how you try to rationalize things. Also, there are guys in Riverside who'd love the 241 extension. Just think, they could be at the beach in no time.

Yeah, I'm well over 40, and I'm going to keep surfing till I die. Thank you very much.
