I still fail to understand why the media does not report on the Non-compete clause, or how fiscally irresposible this road would be. I will try and get a copy of Comissioner Steve Blanks final comments. It says all, and he doesn't even touch on the surf or enviromental impacts.

Listen here, I have wonderful friends who live in Riverside city, that 241will save them time and money. How many of you toll road opponents, who can't surf at "Save Trestles" will be opposed to the 'Outlet Mall' between Pico and Vista Hermosa on the coat side of the I-5. Oh well, trendy is as trendy does.

That outlet mall is solely designed to pull illegals off the freeway to shop in our fair town. And then spray paint a wall.

Hi there, MS 13. Did you see the ABC clip showing all the poor old folks in their wheel chairs supporting the 241 ban. Protesters are bored, they need a bone on which to chew. Mark my word, the 241will triumph.

What? Steve Blank's the Commissioner. Comissioner, Comissioner of what, the Surfrider Foundation?

Befuddled, do your own friggin' research and find out. Freak!!

Responsible, thanks for the free advice, however, I have a feeling Mr.Befuddled could care less about nonsensical toll roads, anything that has to do with Foundations, anything to do with volunteer work, saving trails, any of that
wan2be, items.

How does Staff feel about the toll road crises. You fellows have your pulse on surfing.

Do you really think this thing is over?

Uh, Progress, yeh, it's pretty much a done deal. When or if the TCA appeals to the Dept. of Commerce, the Dept of Commerce "must" find the project conforms to the CA Coastal Act, of which it does not. Of the thirteen appeals during the commissions existance, about half have been over turned and they were oil co. appeals. Remember, during an appeal, the entity appealing cannot submit new info. The appeal is based soley on the tesimony and studies provided during the permit process up to the point of the Commissioners decision. That's why 'in the front' points the viewing audience to the end of the video. I guarantee you will learn things you never knew of Sano park and of TCA tactics and err... science. Move beyond the pocket mouse and get to the carrots.

while watching the video, I liked the part about why and where the 100 million was appropriated. the bogus science. the misinformation in general.

Progress, it is over, the tca has done itself in. shot itself in the foot.

Anonymous, don't bet on it, you people merely got a stay of execution.

Up Front, what really is going on with you people, anywayz. They had someone say you had to watch the
10th and 11th hour. What are you toll road fanatics crazy, nutz, or what?

Anonymous said...

Actually anonymous, I was there in person for the entire 14 and a half hour hearing. I was just trying to help folks get to the guts of the matter. I in no way wish to persuade people to miss out on the rest so be my guest. And please accept my appology for any confusion I may have caused you. Clarity for you sir, is just a click away.

Up Front, you sure have a way with words. I heard TUBESTEAK'S Vblog, the toll road is now a 'dead horse' and there's no use beating a dead horse.

King Anonymous, can you say tenderize...?

Ok, one last beating, and I'm done with this, I think.

Up Front, I have Power of Attorney for TUBESTEAK, he would love doing a paddle-out fo the toll road project, however, he may be involved with a Memorial Service for the quaint, rustic, filthy, antiquated, San Onofre dirt road. Up Front, you view SANODAZE, did you see the photo of the old and gray haired, wheelchair, bound, protesters, om Dingo's byline about DM Fairgrounds rally. I know you did.

Up Front, why yes, I can.
TENDER EYES!
Well, how'd I do?
