That anchor is a asshole. There was nothing more for the woman to say, or for the reporter to ask her. The man was not an "quite an effective spokesman." All he said is it's not his fault that the contractor they hired isn't going to fix the only elevator in a high rise apartment building for six weeks. She already said that they could have someone working nights and weekends to get it done sooner. Not only was that anchor an asshole, but he obviously didn't comprehend what she had already said. What a jerk!
