    WINDS HAVE DECREASED SIGNIFICANTLY OVERNIGHT ACROSS THE DISTRICT.

    SKIES WILL REMAIN CLEAR FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS AS A DRY NW FLOW
    CONTINUES. RIDGING CENTERED NEAR 150W WILL MOVE EAST TO NEAR 145W
    BY MID WEEK. THIS WILL KEEP THE MAIN LONGWAVE PATTERN OVER THE
    ROCKIES AND CENTRAL US...WITH SHORTWAVES DROPPING MOVING THROUGH
    THE PACIFIC NW THEN DROPPING INTO THE MAIN LONGWAVE TROF. ONE
    SHORTWAVE MOVING INTO THE ROCKIES ON THURSDAY COULD BRING LOCALLY
    BREEZY CONDITIONS TO THE DISTRICT.
