  10. hi everybody: went down to San Onofre to see if it was as dreadful like all say. It wasn't. Sure the wind had kicked up, but as that guy said, "Heck, it's wintertime. The road's wide open for one and all, even Jed Morose and 'Gidget' were there. There's a whole new attitude on that beach, and it's a positive one for sure. Kudos for that swell Club up there, they sure are helpful. Even BK was tere starting up a new garden right next to Bldg.#4.

  11. Anon'#7, Me, too, went to the
San Onofre Dump the regulars shuffle about like zombies. Everyone is somber, more like dismal. The constant road closure has taken its toll. Sad, it is.
    They're like the homless.

  13. A guy joins a monastery and takes a vow of silence: he’s allowed to say two words every seven years.

After the first seven years, the elders bring him in and ask for his two words. "Cold floors," he says. They nod and send him away.

Seven more years pass. They bring him back in and ask for his two words. He clears his throats and says, "Bad food." They nod and send him away.

Seven more years pass. They bring him in for his two words. "I quit," he says. "That’s not surprising," the elders say. "You’ve done nothing but complain since you got here."
