    I still don't get it. I don't think I'll ever get it. Maybe I don't want to get it. For life of me I can't juxtapose Megan's Law with surfing. I don't know why, I just can't. It's hard enough understanding NSSA and WSA rules & regulations as it is, but why do you keep dumping this stuff on us. My live in, Larry the Surfer he don't get it neither.
