Legions of Surfers, along with Harry and Donna, San Diego Board of Supervisors are planning construction at San Onofre Surf Beach a monument, Legions of Surfers 2011 to be finished by July 4th. Donations welcome.

I placed a call to the Rangers, but they never returned it. I read in SC News she, San Onofre will be closing Friday PM 'till Monday AM to repair major sewage spill at Bldg.#4. Naturally niether Rangers nor San Onofre Surf Club returne my call. Is there anyone there that can help me.
