What the thunder is with San Onofre State Beach. I drived down from East Bakersfield to see the waves, but they won't let me in. The volunteer Assistant Ranger says road is always closed when rain approaches just because that club refuses to pave the dirt road. They claim Eddie and Barney might come back from the dead and they want to look the same as it was in 1948. That ain't fair.

Dammit, those 60 mph winds last night killed us. It won't never get glassy no more until next summer.
So what, Anon', like it's wintertime out here in CA.
"Santa Claus is Coming to Town", classic San-O Daze.

Eyes out of here. San Onofre beach has never been this blown out in the history of surfing. It's cold and miserable for sure.
