What?
That's right, Brett, he's been asking for it..Kind' reminds me of that song, "I fought the law, and the law won."
"Victim of the State"?
Perhaps it should read "Latest Accomplisment of the state"!!!
Maybe, just maybe, the fellow needs a bracer to unwind at the beach.
If you are over the legal limit don't drive. Basic, fundamental idea. Add, don't drink alcohol at San Onofre State Beach. There is a long history of alcohol abuse at San Onofre. Leave the sauce at home.

Splash, MYOFB!
I love going to the beach to unwind with an ice-cold tall-boy. No, I've never met BK.
He was just convicted of his third, yes 3rd DUI and did not get any jail time. His pending open container and consuming ticket at Sano will only involve a fine. He has already gone through the "multiple offender" program once and was on probation when he got the 3rd DUI at San Clemente Campground for driving up on the sidewalk. This guy is eventually going to seriously injure or kill someone. I am not even going to get into his stalking of young girls. Flippy Hoffmann needs to cut this guy off financially or demand that he goes to rehab and clean up. BK is a disaster waiting to happen. Hope is doesn't involve one of your loved ones.
He was the poster child for last years dry beach ruling.
You don't realize what a blessing Huell Hauser and CA State Park System is. I reside near Santa Barbara. Up here, they have no idea what the toll road is. Sadly, I was unable to join the screaming whiners, although I would have cast a no vote. The nearest toll road is the pontoon bridge at San Mateo further up north near Foster City.
In the Know, jeezus cut the guy some slack. Mark is San Onofre's whipping boy for no reason. There's 5th generation families at State Surf Beach that are big-time lushes. Realisticly, Mark Reynolds couldn't drink himself out of a paper bag. Dennis Earl's making a move.
with each commnet, you make yourself more my servant.
Is San Onofre closed?
Yes, contact the Doheny club for refunds of your annual passes.
F--K the man!
AWWW!
EMPEROR, "Yes, Massah'.
I hear the Doheny surf club is looking for drinkers for their drinking team, or sign up to a designated drinker alternate.
A 4 timer?
Lock 'em up and throw away the key.
