Because of his great love of dogs and biblical conviction that no creature shall be on a leash, the south end of San Onofre (formerly Dogpatch) will now be known as the "Tubesteak Memorial Four Legged Friend Freedom Sanctuary". How he got this past Dairywimple we'll never know. Just bring the pooch and let him run.
