Winter weather is here again! Just like last year, cutoff lows pulling in tropical moisture. Lightning, thunder, and waterspouts. Electricuted seagulls dead all over the beach. Ground squirrels and bass sucked up in funnel clouds.For your own safety, stay away from San Onofre until May.

What we have here is a pattern setting up for the next 8 months of a cutoff low, trough aloft, and a catalina eddy all combined into one.
