For those of you who have yet to get a annual pass, the State is now accepting the "new" money at the kiosk. This only applies to Americans as the State legislature has mandated that illegal aliens get in for free as it would be racist to charge them.

Dear Meteoroligist, I'm only sensitive because some people assume that when illegals are mentioned its always a race thing against Latino's! Not True!
