Does it head in a south-erly direction through San Onofre Beach, where according to some, it will trash the rolling combers-- yes or no? Is it true State has reduced annual fee to $75.00 effective 1/1/2009--yes or no? Will parking limits rise from 350 autos to 500--yes or no?
