Big Wave Reports - The Scam Exposed

The news reports were full of stories of the 20 to 25 foot waves that were hitting south facing beaches, stories that specifically mentioned San Onofre. I heard, I went, I saw. I waited in line for four hours to get in. There were plenty of people in the water. The waves, however, weren't even 25 inches, let alone feet. It just goes to prove that old adage, believe nothing of what you hear, and only half of what you see.

Sy Carton Esq., could you have misunderstood the reports. I think they meant breaking 20' t0 30' from shore. The key word, breaking What say you?

You got in? They wouldn't even let me wait in that dang line that was backed up to the I5!

San Onofre Surf Beach is for learners and the afflicted. Why would anyone in their right mind get up at 0230 to get in line to wait in line. For some unknown reason amatures flock to tkat place iike flies to dog schitt. There's no alcohol, no catering trucks, unpaved road, like, what's wrong wit youse people or what anyways.

Hmmmm.... I'm tring to figure if Esq. meant 25' or 30' feet deep of water rather than waves 25' to
30' deep. Please help if you can.

CORKS, I'm sorry but it's really hard to give credence to a DUDE that proudly has a bloody bunghole as his profile picture. Self portrait perhaps? I guess the old adage is true...."Opinions are like assholes...they all stink".

Tyler, I love your style. You have a talent for using words in a rightious manner.

Murphy, Dingo, amd Puttzle were out fishing in a boat in the Gulf of Mexico. They had not caught a thing all day when suddenly, Murphy's pole started jerking. He grabbed it and started reeling in his line and shouting,"I got something! I got something!"

He had caught a nice fish, about ten inches long. Murphy was about to revel in his accomplishment when the fish shook the hook out of his mouth and transformed into a being, half man and half fish, sporting a crown and holding a trident.

"Who are you?" said the frightened Murphy who had caught him.

"I AM NEPTUNE, GOD OF THE SEA, AND I AM GOING TO PUT A CURSE ON YOU LOWLY MORTALS! BEFORE YOU LEAVE HERE TODAY YOUR BOAT WILL SPRING A DOZEN LEAKS! ...NO, MAKE THAT A DOZEN AND A HALF!"

And with that, he dove back into the waters. As soon as he was gone, the fishermens' boat had sprung so many leaks they were forced to swim to shore.

To this day, they never forgot ...

... Neptune's eighteen-hole Gulf curse.
